The Beginnings...
Ray Hogge & Associates was founded in 2005 by Raymond L. Hogge, Jr., who remains the firm's managing member. Ray Hogge has over 20 years experience advising and representing Virginia employers. He has served as the chairperson of the Employment Law Section of the Virginia Association of Defense Attorneys, and as the chairperson of the Personnel Section of the International Municipal Lawyers Association.
